WFA Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the World Friendship Ambassador programme (“WFA”), a video-on-demand service created by Bigfoot Arts Education. WFA is here to support your school with engaging videos and resources that encourage Kindness, Equity & Belonging. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how the service works and what’s expected when you use it. By signing up to or using WFA, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Service”: The WFA platform, including all its videos, features, and tools.
  • “Content”: All videos, episodes, and downloadable materials available on the Service.
  • “User”: Any teacher, staff member or pupil who uses WFA in your subscribed school.
  • “School,” “you,” or “your”: The school that subscribes to WFA and allows its staff access.
  • “We,” “us,” or “our”: Bigfoot Arts Education, the creators of WFA.

3. Subscription and Access

3.1 School Subscription: WFA works on a yearly subscription basis. One subscription covers the whole school, with nominated staff creating their own accounts.

3.2 Account Registration: Each User needs their own account. Please keep login details private — schools are responsible for how accounts are used.

3.3 Trial Period: We may offer schools a free trial so you can explore the Service before subscribing.

3.4 Cancellation: Schools can cancel at any time, but please note that we don’t offer refunds for any unused time left on a subscription.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Educational Use: WFA is designed for use in primary school classrooms. Content should only be used for teaching and learning with your pupils. Schools are responsible for providing a safe space for watching and learning. Bigfoot Arts Education cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries that may occur during use.

4.2 Access Restrictions: Accounts and login details must not be shared with anyone outside your school. Each subscription is for your school only.

4.3 Content Restrictions: You can’t copy, reproduce, share, or adapt WFA Content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All WFA materials — videos, graphics, logos, and resources — belong to Bigfoot Arts Education or our partners.

5.2 License: With your subscription, we grant your school a limited licence to use WFA Content for classroom purposes only.

6. Content Updates and Changes

6.1 New Content: We regularly add fresh material, which will be included in your subscription.

6.2 Content Availability: We may occasionally update, suspend, or remove parts of the Service — we’ll always try to keep disruption to a minimum.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Responsibility: Schools are responsible for making sure staff use WFA correctly and follow these Terms.

7.2 Prohibited Activities: Users must not:

  • Try to access the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures.
  • Use WFA for anything unlawful or inappropriate.

8. Privacy Policy

WFA use is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. By subscribing, you and your Users agree to this policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty: WFA is provided “as is.” While we aim for smooth, reliable service, we can’t guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bigfoot Arts Education is not responsible for indirect or unforeseen damages, including lost data, income, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

Your school agrees to protect Bigfoot Arts Education from any claims, losses, or costs that arise from misuse of the Service or a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms follow English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

11.2 We encourage disputes to be resolved quickly and fairly. If needed, senior representatives from both sides will meet within 30 days to agree a solution. If unresolved, the matter may go to mediation or legal proceedings.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they’re posted on the Service. By continuing to use WFA, you accept the updated Terms.

WFA Free Trial Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using WFA on a free trial. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  • “User”: A teacher, staff member or pupil accessing WFA during the trial.
  • “School,” “you,” or “your”: The school that opts in to WFA trial and allows its staff access.
  • “We,” “us,” or “our”: Bigfoot Arts Education.

3. Free Trial Terms

3.1 Free Trial Access: You get temporary access to explore WFA and try a selection of Content.

3.2 Duration: The trial lasts for a limited time. Once it ends, access will stop unless your school subscribes.

3.3 No Obligation: You’re not required to purchase after the trial, but if your school does subscribe, you can continue with the same account.

3.4 Transition to Subscription: If your school subscribes during or after the trial, your account will automatically transfer to the school’s subscription

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Educational Use: Content may be used for classroom learning and evaluation during the trial. Schools remain responsible for ensuring a safe viewing environment.

4.2 Access Restrictions: You must not share your trial login or allow others outside your school to use it.

4.3 Content Restrictions: WFA Content must not be copied, shared, or altered without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All WFA Content belongs to Bigfoot Arts Education or our licensors.

5.2 License: The free trial gives you a temporary, limited licence to use WFA for classroom evaluation only.

6. User Conduct
