Facilitator of the term

We take great pride in knowing that each and every one of our facilitators is an exceptional educator and talented individual. However, once per term we like to select a single facilitator to focus on and tell you a little bit more about…generally if they’ve gone above and beyond for us and the schools in which they work!

Therefore, this term, please welcome LOLADE AJALA into the spotlight:

Every year we are always delighted and overwhelmed with the amount of positive feedback we receive from schools who we work with, but we can only achieve this wonderful feedback because of our passionate and dedicated facilitators…

Lolade has worked with Bigfoot for many years now delivering a wealth of programmes, from our BHM Hero Days, to Anti Bullying assemblies and workshops, Secondary plays, Cyber Safety, Transition, and many many more of our programmes; she can, and often does, turn her hand to anything! However, it is Lolade’s commitment and overwhelmingly positive attitude that we admire the most. She continuously goes above and beyond on behalf of Bigfoot on a day to day basis, ensuring she liaises with schools and her fellow Bigfooters before and after her bookings, as well as sharing her highs on our social media channels.

Lolade has always been exceptionally diligent when planning and evaluating her workshops, making what would otherwise be wonderfully creative sessions, into relevant tailor made workshops for each and every school she visits.

So thank you Lolade; your energy, enthusiasm, ‘can do’ attitude, and generally sunny nature has always brightened up our days, and we are so aware, from reams of excellent feedback from schools, that you do the same for all the children and staff with whom you work. We know we are lucky to have you as a BIgfooter!
