Soar into space on this interplanetary Big Adventure as our Bigfooters discover that space travel isn’t quite as easy as they thought!
Your students will explore the worlds of Planet Physics, Planet Chemistry, and Planet Biology, by taking part in exciting experiments, meeting crazy characters and helping our Bigfoot astronauts get back to Planet Earth. Inspired by “Once Upon An Atom” by James Carter (KS1) and “What’s the Point of Science?” by A M Dassu, Ben Ffrancon Davies, and Edward Aves (KS2), this experience combines experiments, laughs and learning all wrapped into one big ‘Atomic Adventure!’
Blast off on an unforgettable journey with Pan and Dipper in An Atomic Adventure, a lively science-theatre experience that turns classrooms into rocket ships and planets into playgrounds of discovery! With puppetry, experiments, storytelling and plenty of audience participation, children explore space, atoms, gravity, chemical reactions and biology in a way that feels like pure adventure.
From rockets blasting into orbit to solar storms, fizzing experiments, floating hot air balloons and even meeting a dragon with G-force wings, pupils are at the heart of every discovery. Along the way, they learn how atoms behave, why hot air rises, how chemical reactions create new substances, and how living things evolve with special talents to survive.
Packed with laughter, hands-on demonstrations and jaw-dropping science moments, An Atomic Adventure inspires curiosity, builds scientific understanding, and leaves KS1& 2 pupils buzzing with excitement about the wonders of the world around (and beyond!) them.

Each hour-long interactive theatre and storytelling experience caters for a group of up to 120 pupils (4 classes) from KS2. We can deliver up to four experiences across a day.
