WFA Mentors

Welcome WFA Mentors- we are so excited to have you onboard!

This is the place where you will learn how to become amazing Mentors and help lead the way in championing KINDNESS, EQUITY and BELONGING, the most important FRIENDSHIP qualities, in your school.

As you will see below, there are 5 sections that include videos to watch and documents to print out.

We’ll kick off first with your ‘Initial Mentor Training’, then move on to the ‘Introductory Assembly’ which is designed to introduce you and the WFA to your peers. After this you will find links to all THREE modules that you will be trained and supported to deliver. You can choose which one you’d like to do first with your Staff Lead – you’ll be pleased to know that there is no special order, or time frame, in which to complete them!
