From the initial onset our Bigfooter engaged with the students and promoted self-confidence to allow our students to flourish. Watching all student’s self-confidence increase, noticing how complete eclectic mixes of students changed, and how they supported each other and worked as a team, was both motivating and touching. The Energiser programme is a great way to bring staff together, raise morale and an opportunity to have fun whilst learning about engaging our pupils. Everyone left with a smile on their face and several new games/activities in their repetoire!
