INSET & CPD

Our training has evolved somewhat over the years from supporting teachers in how to use drama as a cross curricular learning tool, to helping teachers to have difficult conversations in PSHE lessons.

Lately we have developed training in how to help anyone who works with children and young people to gain the confidence and understanding around racism, misogynistic behaviour and equality and diversity and equip them with strategies to support the children and young people they work with.

We now operate a mix on in-persona delivery and online CPD sessions, enabling us to take our work anywhere.

This INSET session can be delivered as a follow up, or in isolation, to ‘exploring sensitive issues.’ It explores a carefully curated range of activities which support pupils to have difficult conversations, both with their peers and trusted adults.
