NEW WFA PEER MENTORING PROGRAMME

GET IN TOUCH TO BE INVOLVED- LET’S START A FRIENDSHIP REVOLUTION IN YOUR SCHOOL!

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of World Friendship Ambassadors (WFA) – a brand new child-led peer mentoring programme designed to empower pupil voice, build confidence, and promote kindness, equity, and belonging, through an affordable annual subscription service.

Led by pupils, for pupils, and supported by Bigfoot Arts Education, WFA strengthens the PSHE curriculum through engaging, creative video-based learning led by Adrian Benn our brilliant WFA mentor leader. The programme encourages leadership, oracy, and meaningful peer-to-peer conversations with minimal input required from school staff.

How it Works:

  • Schools select WFA Mentors, ideally from Year 6.
  • Mentors receive online training from our Lead Educator, Adrian.
  • With our guidance, they lead flexible, pre-planned workshops for their peers throughout the year using high quality streamed video content.
  • The programme culminates in a whole-school end of year celebration in World Friendship Week.
  • The programme continues in the school each year with a fresh new intake of mentors, with exciting new video content being added each year.

What’s Included:

  • Full training and support for your Mentors.
  • Access to the WFA online portal with one-year streaming of all video content and downloadable resources, renewed each year
  • Creative, ready-to-use workshop plans that cover key PSHE themes.
  • A flexible structure tailored to fit your school’s needs.

Key Benefits:

  • Develops leadership, confidence, and communication skills.
  • Promotes a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion.
  • Encourages child-led learning and strengthens pupil voice.
