We are delighted to be offering schools the opportunity to book some exciting workshops for KS1 and KS2 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of ‘VE Day’ this May!
Through interactive storytelling and role-play, children will step into the shoes of a young evacuee leaving home for the countryside, a newly conscripted soldier facing the front lines, and a brilliant codebreaker working in secret at Bletchley Park. This engaging session will bring history to life, helping students understand the struggles, sacrifices, and bravery of those who fought and worked for our freedom.
By participating in a range of drama activities and discussion, we will honour the resilience of those who lived through these turbulent times, ensuring their stories are never forgotten. A powerful, hands-on way to learn about the past and celebrate a future built on unity, hope, and peace.
