When school finishes, a new type of learning continues! A safe, creative space where anything is possible! where children get to work on themselves as part of an ensemble group.
Our Bigfoot Perform after school drama club programme introduces children to the world of theatre and the performing arts and how they can explore their creativity and self-expression to build their Oracy skills, improve their confidence, develop their interpersonal skills and broaden their love and appreciation of the arts.
Sessions are led by our experienced drama educators who will build a trusting and respectful relationship with your children in order to get the very best out of them.
Children will work together to create stories that are important to them through the creative process of devising. Devising requires the ability for children to work together as a cohesive group, to listen to each other, to empathise and support each other throughout their 10 week journey.
They will learn a range of theatre and performance skills, and will apply those skills to the devising process in order to tell their story, as we believe their stories are the most important ones!
Schools can opt for children to take Group LAMDA Exams which will heighten their levels of achievement and support their academic growth.
Bigfoot Perform ‘After School Drama Clubs’ are delivered in 10-week blocks, but we can be flexible!
