R.E.S.P.E.C.T

‘Respect’ is a tricky concept to grasp; it refers to not only how you feel and act towards others, but also yourself. Therefore, if you are ‘disrespectful’ it can be damaging to how you are seen and treated by others, as well as how you view yourself.

These group drama workshops are specifically designed for KS2 pupils and are an hour long for each class.

Learning Objectives:

  • To gain an understanding of how we communicate respectfully; verbally and through our body language
  • To gain an understanding of how we can respect ourselves and take pride in our own beliefs, values, ideas and actions
  • To gain an understanding of how we can respect each other and celebrate our differences
  • To explore how our actions can make a difference and that bullying behaviour is a choice
  • To be know what the definition of respect is

To understand that we can respectfully disagree with each other and manage conflict
