Building confidence, connection, and courage!
Following on from From Worries to Wellbeing programme, this powerful workshop helps children take the next step in their wellbeing journey: recognising that we all have worries, and learning how to get active with them so they don’t take over.
Through drama, storytelling, games, and shared laughter, children explore what it means to feel safe opening up about their feelings, discover tools to support their Wellbeing, and practise ways of putting worries back in their place. Guided by the stories of Jack, Mim, and their Worry Wizard friends, pupils see how ignoring worries makes them grow louder, but sharing them and taking action helps them shrink.
From interactive role-play to creative group challenges, the workshop empowers children to:
- Recognise that Wellbeing is a daily practice that changes moment by moment.
- Explore tools and strategies for supporting themselves and others.
- Make a personal Wellbeing Promise, committing to take positive action each day.
By the end, pupils leave not only with a stronger sense of community but also with the confidence to face worries head-on. The message is simple, memorable, and uplifting:
“Everyone has worries. But when we share them and take action—We’ve got this!”
We can deliver 1-hour workshops to 5 selected classes of 30 pupils across a school day.
Each one hour workshop caters for a class from KS1 & KS2.
