Bigfoot’s ‘Anti Racism’ CPD training has been researched and designed by our Senior Educator Adrian Benn . This 90 minute online session will seek to provide participants with a safe forum to explore how important it is for us ALL to be more than just ‘not racist’.
Anti-Racism CPD for Educators – Now Open to Everyone Working with Young People.
Following the incredible response to our in-person Anti-Racism CPD delivered throughout 2025/26, we’re excited to open these powerful sessions to anyone working with children and young people.

Led by Bigfoot Senior Educator Adrian Benn, this 90-minute online CPD session creates a safe, supportive space to explore what it really means to move beyond simply being “not racist” and instead become actively anti-racist in our work and everyday lives.
Together we will explore:
• Why intent and impact both matter
• Key terminology around racism and anti-racism
• How microaggressions and unconscious bias affect young people
• How racist beliefs can form and how to challenge them
• Practical ways to respond to racism in educational settings
• How we can all work towards greater equity and inclusion
This session is rooted in Audre Lorde’s powerful words:
“It is not our differences that divide us; it is our inability to recognise, accept, and celebrate those differences.”
If you work with children or young people, this session will help you reflect, learn and develop the confidence to support more inclusive environments.
