Powerful Choices is an empowering experience for the children. It recognises and acknowledges the complexity of the issues young people face and doesn’t lecture. The children have their voices heard and the programme gives them agency in their decision making .

We are incredibly proud to be entering our fourth year of delivering Knife Crime Prevention workshops, visiting an incredible 49 schools this academic year.
Our Powerful Choices programmes for KS2 pupils was first developed in 2023 in collaboration with the Federation of Heavers Farm and Selsdon Primary Schools, which has since been developed and extended to include follow up workshop Pressure Point. Due to popular demand, in September 2024 we developed a collection of programmes for KS3 & 4 pupils, Cut Out; a performance workshop for large groups of pupils, follow up workshops and peer to peer devising workshops. The programme contains the same key early intervention and prevention messages as well as providing pupils with a creative forum and safe space in which to have open discussions and respectfully listen to and challenge differing viewpoints.
We are thrilled to have received so much positive feedback about the important benefits of these programmes. Schools regularly tell us that they have a clear and consistent impact, helping pupils to engage with a serious subject in an age-appropriate, sensitive and empowering way. We are so proud that schools recognise the importance and lasting value of giving pupils the language, confidence and understanding they need to think carefully about choices, consequences and their safety.
