Last week we welcomed 10 new Bigfooters into the fold in preparation for a fun packed Autumn Term of workshops, shows and storytelling events!
Twice per year we recruit for new drama, dance and music educators to join our team. Once recruited, they are then invited to our training which involves them meeting the HQ Team and learning all about the volume of programmes we offer, as well as how we rehearse and train them to deliver these. They then spend an afternoon with Adrian understanding what sets a Bigfooter apart from any other facilitator and how to ensure they have the very best experience working with us.
We can’t wait to start working with our new educators and look forward to schools meeting them throughout 2025/26.
