Our wonderful Bigfooter Chaz runs a company with her sister Emily, called Astraea Theatre. Last year they co-produced and co-created a show with Discover Children’s Story Centre and it’s returning to Camden People’s Theatre this April! The show is called Rajiv’s Starry Feelings and is on at Camden People’s Theatre on the 7th, 8th, and 9th April, for little ones aged 18 months and up (recommend for age 7 as the upper age bracket, although older children have enjoyed it…and many babies have been mesmerised!).
Rajiv’s Starry Feelings is a gentle storytelling experience that follows Rajiv and his Dad as they map their emotions across the night sky. Along the way, families will encounter ducks, stars, and a warm story about understanding feelings and a brilliant example of a supportive father–son relationship within a South-Asian household. The show was written and co-directed by author Niall Moorjani, designed by Marian Hoddy and will be performed by Maryam Noorhimli.
They are keen to help out with any cost barriers audiences may face, so children under 18 months go free, and if cost is a barrier for anyone, you’re welcome to email them for a discount code– @astraeatheatrecompany@gmail.com. You can also follow them on instagram @astraeatheatre

So if you fancy seeing what they’ve been up to at Astraea, please go along! Although the show is aimed at families, many adults have come solo and loved it too!
